Where can your gift cards be used?

Bawah gift cards can be used for accommodation, transport or on island expenditures. Gift vouchers are a wonderful way to celebrate someone and have them fully enjoy their holiday.

Who is allowed to use the gift card(s)?

The intended recipient is able to use the gift voucher.

How do I purchase more than one gift card?

What currencies are the gift card(s) denominated in?

All gift cards are in US dollars. For gift cards being used at the resort, we will convert the gift card amount into the equivalent Indonesian Rupiah at the exchange rate at the time of use.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when you purchase the gift card.

How will the exchange rate be calculated if I redeem my gift card(s)?

The gift card should be used for one stay and can be spread across accommodation, transport or resort expenses for one holiday.
